We currently accept reservations:
EUR 2000 reservations fee for an apartment
EUR 4000 reservation fee for a house
Installment Plan (same for both houses and apartments):
10 % from the purchase price due at signing Preliminary Agreement;
20 % at foundations level;
30 % at rough construction (Act 14);
40 % at completion (Notary Deed at Act 16)
