On Aug. 18, 2008, Construction Permit for Ever Green Residence was issued by Vitosha Municipality, effective from Sept. 1, 2008. According to the approved architectural design, the construction works of the Complex shall be organized in 5 phases according to approved construction plan. The start of construction of Ever Green Residence will commence within a month, and the final completion is expected in March 2010.
Currently DCM Bulgaria team together with the project management team is finalizing the process of choosing the company which will be responsible for the rough construction of Ever Green Residence.
